Terms & Conditions

Please read all our terms and conditions carefully 

  • Tiller Academy or any of its staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class. Please encourage your children to look after any items they bring with them to sessions.

 

Our Code of Conduct - Please discuss with your child our Code of Conduct conditions as you will be accepting them on their behalf.

  • Your child agrees to respectfully listen to any member of the Tiller Academy Staff

  • Have respect for other players.

  • We want everyone who attends our sessions to have a good time, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for any kind of discrimination, bullying, or persistent bad behaviour.

  • Tiller Academy reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.

 

Payments and Refunds

  • Payments will be returned if a class must be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

  • We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your circumstances.

  • No refunds will be given if you wish to cancel within 24 hours of the start of the session time.

  • If there are any sessions missed due to bad weather, Tiller Academy will offer a session for a later date, or parents will be refunded.

 

Sickness

  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

  • Everyone should follow government advice. If your child or any member of your household has any symptoms of COVID-19 please DO NOT attend the training session.

  • If your child does have a positive COVID-19 PCR test result and has recently (within 5 days) attended a session you must let us know as soon as possible.

 

Medical Conditions and Special Requirements

  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - tilleracademy@outlook.com

  • Depending on staffing ratios, wherever possible we will always seek to accommodate all players with specific needs or medical conditions. Please get in touch to discuss any requirements your child may have.

 

Safeguarding

  • The safety and wellbeing of children participating in our sessions are important to us as part of our Safeguarding policy. 

  • All staff members of Tiller Academy have been DBS checked and have completed Safeguard training.

  • All children and young people have a right to be protected from abuse regardless of their age, gender, disability, culture, language, racial origin, religious beliefs or sexual orientation.

  • Tiller Academy is committed to working to provide a safe environment for all children and young people to participate in football to the best of their abilities.

  • If at any point a staff member is concerned for a child, this will be reported to the DSO who will then take action or seek advice if needed.

 

Photo Consent

  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use and keep us up-to-date should this by emailing us info@tilleracademy.co.uk
